Palki and Mahi are sisters in the show who are just like Preeta and Srishti. Palki is doctor, whereas Mahi just likes to pass time and collect patients for Palki by breaking hearts of boys.

As previously seen, Karan and Preeta get separated and Nidhi adopts Shaurya as her own son. Now, after the leap, destiny is bringing Shaurya and Preeta face to face. Shaurya mistakenly causes injury to Preeta and7 Rajveer brings the police to get him arrested.
