<p>Abhimanyu later realizes that his injury is more serious than he&nbsp;thought. He learns that the chances of recovery are pretty low. He distances himself from Akshara and makes her hate him without telling her the real problem.</p>

<p>Harshvardhan doesn’t shy away from blaming Akshara for everything and considers her a bad omen. Akshara is still unaware about Abhimanyu’s condition.</p>

<p>Seeing that Akshara wants to audition, he will support her and plan a celebration for her along with Manjiri. Soon, Akshara gets a surprise party for being selected in the next round and the family gathers for her.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the celebration, Akshara will find Abhi behaving oddly and isolated and sees him popping some pills. Will Akshara try to get to the bottom of what is harassing Abhimanyu?</p>

<p>Harsh leaves the house and soon, Abhimanyu and Manjiri break down in each other’s arms. Further, Aarohi is promoted at the hospital but messes up the treatment for one of Abhimanyu’s patients.</p>

<p>However, Abhimanyu knows Vihaan needs him as he is in danger and will fight with his parents to let him do his job. The people at the hospital will make a video of this tussle and it will go viral.</p>

<p>Aarohi is promoted as a permanent doctor at the Birla hospital. She is elated about her promotion. She is on cloud nine about this and is very over-confident about her skills.</p>

<p>Later, Manjiri will be introduced to music by Akshara and she will start singing again, which was her dream once upon a time, that she gave up for Harsh.</p>
