While Abhimanyu is scared of losing Akshara, she wishes to raise a child with Abhimanyu. She cannot bear aborting the child. Abhimanyu finally decides to support Akshara as she takes a stand and states that she is going to keep the child.

Abhimanyu tells everyone about Akshara’s accident which caused an internal injury and hence the complications. Everyone feels bad for them but Aarohi feels that Akshara spoiled her special day.
