After 13 weeks of music and entertainment at <em> Mission Ustaad,</em> the viewers and jury crowned Roop Kumar & Sunali Rathod with the title of<em> 'Ustaad Jodi'.</em> The winning jodi took home a cash prize of Rs.20 lakh. “It was a wonderful experience to be the part of the show and our hard work has been appreciated by the judges as well as audiences. We are very happy to win the contest, says Sunali.

And 26-year-old singer Naresh is all set to do his bit on 9X’s musical show<em> Mission Ustaad</em>. Naresh is all excited to be part of this noble cause. For a youngster to be associated with such causes often takes one by surprise. Naresh explains, “It’s not about how young you are but how mature you are. The show demands much more from a singer. It gives you a chance to express your individuality.”

After announcing fiction shows, soon to launch entertainment channel 9X finally brings out its trump card. It is coming up with its first reality show called <em> Mission Ustaad</em>, produced by Endemol India. <em> Mission Ustaad</em> is a music based reality done in association with the United Nations (UN). It will involve eminent personalities, artistes, musicians and singers coming together to promote the UN's eight Millennium Development Goals, one of which is to end poverty in India and worldwide.
