Ganpati fever has gripped the nation, especially Maharashtra, and everyone seems to be enjoying the festive spirits. Now, the television industry is also enthralled by the magic of Bappa and is churning out content which exemplifies the celebratory mood. Accordingly, Ganpatai was celebrated with much pomp and fanfare on the sets of Neela Telefilm’s serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah as well (SAB TV).

Neha K Mehta, who essays Anjali Bhabhi in SAB TV’s successful show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is looking forward to a good stint as the anchor of SAB TV’s new show <em>Waah Waah Kyaa Baat Hai</em> (which airs tonight, 15 September 2012) which she anchors along with her on-screen husband of <em>Taarak Mehta<em>, Shailesh Lodha. Talking about her role in the new show, Neha says, “I will keep the going lively and will bring smiles on people’s faces. I will also be a live audience for the poets and will appreciate their work.”

Shailesh Lodha, seen in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on SAB TV, is all set to anchor a show named Waah Waah Kya Baat Hai! on SAB TV along with actress Neha Mehta. The project will being produced by Neela Telefilms. Participating in the show will be poets from all over the world who will recite their poems and also talk about their journey. Shailesh will also recite his poems.

The little kid Samay Shah portrays the role of the exuberant and lively Punjabi munda Gogi to the 'T' in Neela Telefilms' <em>Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah</em> on SAB TV. But not many know that Samay is actually a Gujarati boy. Talking about it, Samay's mother tells Tellychakkar.com, "Samay looks very different with a pagdi when compared to his real life look. The minute he removes his Pagdi he is my son Samay again (smiles). Otherwise, he is very much a Gujarati boy who talks in Gujarati at home and plays with friends and his sisters".

Recently, media reported about a sex racket bust wherein Mumbai Police’s Social Service Branch (SSB) broke a high-profile running prostitution racket in Mumbai and saved a struggling actress along with two models. The raid took place at Patliputra Society, Andheri, Mumbai. Now, it was written that one of the girls have acted in SAB TV’s super popular show, <em>Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma</em>. Today, the production house (Neela Telfilms) of the show sent a clarification stating that no arrested girl has ever worked in the show. The press release read:

After being under the scanner for quite some time,Neela Telefilms’ <em>Hamari Saas Leela</em> will finally bid adieu to its fans on 30 December 2011. The show which was supposed to go off air in September but later got an extension will end on a dramatic note.
