Neena Gupta, last seen in Sony’s <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ladies-special-goes-air-accommodate-bayttaab>Ladies Special</a> is now returning to TV in Zee’s forthcoming <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/zee-promises-unique-take-saas-bahu>Dil Se Diya Vachan</a>. A source informs, “Neena Gupta has been finalized to play important characters. Though nothing can be said right now, Neena Gupta has given the nod and will be playing the mother-in-law.” On her part Gupta did not comment on anything but asked us to call her back in a few days.

Not one to lose her cool Neena Gupta showed us her wrong side yesterday. But we would like to believe that it was just one of those days when Neena got out on the wrong side of her bed. While shooting for<em> Jigar Ma ladi Aag Hai,</em> the actress lashed out at the shutterbugs present at the venue. In fact, she asked tellychakkar's resident photographer as to why he was clicking endless pictures of hers. She subsequently ordered all the press guys to leave the set immediately . Incidentally the press had been invited to visit the set.

Rajeev Mehra, who produces <em>Shanno ki Shaadi</em> currently for Star Plus, will launch his next venture, <em>Naa Jaane Kyon</em>, on the same channel in June this year. The show, earlier tentatively titled Kasme Vaade, is scheduled to be a daily family drama. The star cast includes big names including Neena Gupta, Smita Jaykar, Vikas Bhalla, Mukul Dev, Rajender Gupta and introduces Ashima Bhalla as the lead. The cast has already shot 48 episodes.
