Previously, Shruti instigated Miss Smith against Anupama and made her file an official complaint. Shruti pretends to be innocent and manages to fool everyone but all her efforts fail.

Anupama will catch hold of Shruti red-handed, conspiring with Mrs Smith. She will learn the bitter truth that it was Shruti who ruined her career and her restaurant Spice and Chutney.

Shruti is mad at Anupama for taking away Anuj from her and thus she will try to ruin Anupama’s career. Anupama will be furious with Shruti as she not only destroyed her career but also her restaurant suffered immensely.

We have seen in earlier episodes how Shruti traveled to India in order to reclaim her rights to Anuj and Aadya. Even though Anupama never meant to put herself between Anuj and Shruti, Shruti has always had doubts about her motivations.
