Aarohi tells him that she is a professional and will continue to work there even if it means getting scolded by Mahima or bearing Abhimanyu's attitude. She tells them that she did nothing wrong and shouldn't be punished. Akshara supports her in this and tells them that Aarohi's work shouldn't suffer.

Abhimanyu then tells her how Manish was adamant about not going with him and he had to stop those two guys so that they could drop him home. Akshara then tells him she has resigned from the hospital. Abhimanyu tells her that she shouldn't have done that and he is going to miss her a lot. Akshara tells her it was important that she did that.

Abhimanyu goes to meet Anisha and is shocked to see that she has slit her wrist. Akshara reaches home and tells Kairav to inform Manish that she has resigned. At the same time, Manish's car breaks down and Abhimanyu comes to his rescue.

Abhimanyu tells her that she should stop living in guilt because whatever happened with her mother was an accident. Akshara is surprised that Abhimanyu knows about her past. Just then Abhimanyu gets a call and leaves immediately.

Abhimanyu tells Harshvardhan that Manish is his would-be wife's bade papa, which means he is his own, the Goenkas are their family, and he shouldn't talk ill about them. Harshvardhan blames Manjari for Abhimanyu's behaviour, but Manjari is heard saying that Abhimanyu at least knows how to respect women which clearly Harshvardhan doesn't know.

Aarohi feels that Akshara must be with Abhimanyu. She goes to find her and is heard saying that if she is with Abhimanyu, she will tell the others about it. Meanwhile, Akshara tells Abhimanyu that it's late and she should leave before the family gets worried. She was leaving but found Aarohi at the exit.

Akshu finally calls him and Abhimanyu hears her tensed voice and rushes to see her. This time Spidermanyu decides to scale down the balcony and meets her in her room.

Akshara decides that she will do everything that she can to fix things with her family. She had promised to call Abhimanyu and was about to dial his number, but Manish came there, and she accidentally dropped her phone.

Aarohi vows to never let Akshu be happy and now she puts forth a condition that Akshara must leave Abhimnanyu for her family's sake.

Harshvardhan is upset with whatever happened at the temple. He tells the Birlas that he knew Akshara was full of drama but never realised Aarohi can betray them. He remembers what Neil had told him about the wedding and slaps him.
