Anupama's partner gets fascinated by Adhya as she prays, and after making a gift to God, he decides to share some with Adhya.

Anupama calls Anuj and tries to tell him something, but Anuj tells her he can't hear her. He ends the call after telling her he will call her back. Anupama is devastated emotionally by what happened there and how she is being pointed out for attention despite having done nothing wrong.

Anupama scolds Dolly for her actions, telling her to stop talking and for lowering herself to the point where she is trying to cause harm and ruin a child out of rage. Dolly tells her that she has witnessed Aadhya throwing her into the fire, and Anupama lashes out at her for lying to her face.

Previously, Aadhya and Dimpy will have a nasty argument. Dolly will lose her cool at Aadhya when Dimpy’s health will get critical.

As it was previously seen, Dimpy died and the Shah family is in deep sorrow. Beyond just expressing sorrow, the Dolly and Pakhi gang appear to be holding Aadhya responsible for Dimpy's death. Dolly wants to get even because Anupama helped Meenu and now Meenu is no longer with Dolly. She therefore wants Anupama's pain.

Anuj became suspicious and tried to find out who was following him after it was earlier noticed he was being followed. Anuj is unable to gather any proof. Anuj is eager to get home because he knows there is a serious issue in Aasha Bhavan.

Anupama is devastated by everything that happened and how Dimple lost her life. She hadn't anticipated this to happen with her own Daughter-in-law and gets Upset. However, Dolly claims that Aadhya is to blame for the accident and has hurt Aadhya, which shocks Titu and angers Anupama. Anupama then asks Titu to forgive her.

Leela cries for Ansh as he tells her that he wants to meet his mother. She promises to take him to see her and asks him not to cry. However, Anupama is Hurt with how she has lost her Son previously and now she has lost her Daughter-in-law.

Aadhya gets terrified because she believes that she is to blame for Dimple's death. She experiences a panic attack and begins to feel guilty. However, Aadhya sees Dimple there, and she tells her that Dimple killed her and has always tried to keep her away from Ansh. It is said to her that she provoked him.

Dolly advises Anupama to stop protecting Aadhya because she has witnessed her Create Drama with her own eyes and there is nothing she can do. However, Dolly agrees with Anupama's demand and tells her all that happened and what she has seen. Aadhya gets frustrated recalling her fight with Dimple.
