Lead actress hobbles at a party

Producer Rajan Shahi’s latest find who plays the lead of his upcoming show <em>Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai </em> couldn’t join the gang which threw a surprise bash last night to celebrate their producer’s birthday. The poor girl had twisted and sprained her ankle while shooting for the show. The pain was unbearable and she had to rush to a doctor.

Blast near Zulfi's 'Bigg Boss' party

<em>'Bigg Boss</em>' participants Zulfi Syed, Rahul Mahajan, Rakhi Vijan and Raja Choudhary had just landed at a five star in Santacruz, Mumbai, when the shattering noise of a bomb blast shook them and members of the media, at a party thrown by Zulfi Syed, to celebrate the culmination of the popular reality show. It came to be known that a taxi had exploded just two buildings away from the hotel, on the Western Express Highway and nearby the domestic airport. "It was a very sad and grim experience," said Zulfi. "I wish the world can learn to live in harmony," he added with a sigh.

A party before the finale

It’s the penultimate day of <em> Bigg Boss 2 </em>. In less than 24 hours, the ordeal will end for the three finalists Raja Chaudhary, Zulfi Sayed and Ashutosh Kaushik. Not to forget one of them will bag a cool cash prize of Rs.1 crore. However, that’s still some time away. Let’s see how three men spend their penultimate day in the Bigg Boss house. Zulfi woke up to the title track from "<em> Jumbo </em>" - Raja and Ashutosh were already awake. Raja tells Ashutosh that he was mumbling about milk in his sleep. Comedies galore on SAB!

SAB, the <em>`Only Smiles, No Tears'</em> entertainment channel' is back in action with a host of comedies which will keep the viewers glued to their TV sets through the week. The channel has brought in four fresh comedy shows titled - <em>Ji Behenji, Ishq Ki Ghanti, Party</em> and <em>FIR</em>, besides a new season of <em>Yes Boss</em>. The weeklies which go on air from 24 July will help strengthen the 8.30 time slot, from Monday-Friday for the channel.
