We had a candid chat with Asmitaa on her birthday recently, wherein she stated that she is waiting to try out all her new dresses post pregnancy. Well…the time has come.

Spellbound and Walkwater Productions’ Pratigya saw the entry of Mohit Malik in yesterday’s (7 June 2012) episode. He has entered as the parallel lead Abhimanyu Singh Yadav, who is a lawyer by profession. The court dealings with respect to Adarsh’s death will be the prime focus in the coming weeks. Pratigya (Pooja Gor) will actually approach Abhimanyu to defend Krishna (Arhaan Behll). But the twist in the tale will happen when Abhimanyu will accept the case from Shyamji’s side (Pratigya’s father) and will in fact fight the case to convict Krishna.

The media was recently abuzz with the news of Star Plus’ show Mann Ki Awaaz… Pratigya going off air. But the makers (Walkwater and Spellbound Productions) can now heave a sigh of relief as we have learned that the channel has given the soap an extension of six months. Everyone in the cast and crew initially got worried when the ‘off air’ news hit the headlines. But given the show’s popularity and striking content, the channel decided to retain it and instead, waved goodbye to its other serial Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein (Tellychakkar broke the news of Sajda going off air on 16 June 2012).

Spellbound and Walkwater Productions’ show Pratigya on Star Plus recently shell-shocked its viewers with Adarsh’s death. Everyone knows that Tanmay (Abhishek Rawat) is the real culprit but the blame has been shifted on Krishna (Arhaan Behl). And in the upcoming episodes Krishna will be put behind the bars. However, Pratigya (Pooja Gor) will also doubt that Krishna has murdered Tanmay. The real tussle for Krushna will be to prove his innocence in front of Pratigya. In the near future, Pratigya will fight to reveal the true killer in front of the entire family.

But in the coming episodes, she will earn her law degree.

The entire <em>Thakur</em> family is elated as Krishna is gearing up for his second marriage in Star Plus’ <em>Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya</em>.
