The actors got married on the occasion of Valentine's Day at Prateik's mother late Smita Patil's residence in Mumbai in the presence of close family and friends. Prateik and Priya opted for beautiful ivory outfits by designer Tarun Tahiliani and looked extremely beautiful together.

According to reports, Prateik and Priya are not currently holding a lavish engagement celebration. It is said to happen concurrently with the wedding. Prateik has talked about his relationship with Priya in a previous interview.
