Navi Bhangu, the young talent from Punjab has made a name for himself after bagging the lead role of Agam in Rajan Shahi’s <em>Amrit Manthan</em> for Life OK. The hard working actor had not been able to visit his family back at Punjab for quite a while now, due to his hectic schedule. However, he recently made the trip to Punjab for his brother’s wedding.

The title tussle between Jay Productions and Balaji Telefilms is finally over (we reported about it), with Jay Mehta finalizing the title <em> Rab Se Sona Ishq </em> for his one-of-its kind love story for Zee TV. The story revolves around the innocent girl Sahiba who is deserted by the man she loves on the very day of their wedding. The journey undertaken by Sahiba from the heartland of Punjab to the unknown city of London, just to get her man back will form the crux of the story.

This weekend yet another team comprising of talented singers will get evicted from <a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/assam-defeats-rajasthan-mega-challenge>Mega Challenge</a>. The clash is between Punjab and Kolkata led by Tarun Sagar and Abhijit Ghoshal respectively. And Punjab will be evicted from the show as Kolkata performs better.

Punjabi munda Vipul Mehta, one of the final four in <em> Voice of India 2 </em> always dreamt of becoming a singer. He grew up watching his dad sing who too wanted to be a singer. Vipul used to give rhythm support by banging on the door or table while his father sang. Such an upbringing got him more and more inclined towards music.
