Raavee Gupta, who created waves on Zee's Ravan, is grinning from ear to ear. This dusky beauty has bagged a new show but is tightlipped as she has received strict orders from the production house not to say anything. Still we tried to dig out some details.
"It's goanna to be an urban family drama and I'll be playing one of the leads. I can't reveal much as I'm told to keep mum on the details about the show. Another reason is that this show was to go on air very soon but now the dates have been postponed, so it'll be too early to spill the beans," says Raavee.
Just back from friend Arjun Punj and Gurdeep Kohli's wedding in Delhi, the gorgeous Raavee Gupta and Manoj Bidvvai who are slated to tie the knot on the 17th of this month in the picturesque land of Goa, could wait no longer. Or so it seems, for on Thursday, Raavee officially became Mrs. Biddvai - yes, they had a court marriage before flying off to Goa to oversee the arrangements at the wedding venue.
Our Sunday dose of television was incomplete without the mythological dose of Ramayana where Lord Rama, fights evil, emerges as the real hero and is worshipped by one and all. But have you ever imagined Ravana being termed as a hero too!
Tumhari Disha is soon to get another disha, with the help of two lawyers who enter the plot next month. Raavee Gupta and Manav Kaul are the actors chosen to play the two legal eagles in the Zee show, produced by Filmfarm Productions.
"Both Raavee and Manav play interesting cameos. There will be a court case coming up in Disha's life. Manav will represent Disha, while the opposing counsel will be Raavee. Both of them are excellent artistes and they will take a very interesting stand in the show," says producer Rupali Guha.
