Zarina plays Iravati Bai and Irawati's long lost mother. "I play this blind mother who belongs to the Pandava's generation.Its a very nice role. The members of Purple Flower kill Iravatibai's husband and son and they leave her wounded and also kidnap her daughter Chandini (Iravati).Although she was left frail and blind she gathers herself and starts an ashram for women.
