A new entry in Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat

A new entrant is all set to enter in Star Plus’ Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat. Actress Via Choudhary who was last seen in Jyoti will enter as Imli in the show. Imli is a village girl who later becomes a prominent member of Raj Mahal and the Sishodia <em>parivaar</em>. Imli will be introduced to Rajvansh family after she saves Raja and Rani from a dreadful accident. “I am essaying the character of Imli who is an innocent village girl. She is timid, na?ve, very emotional and yet a lively girl”, says Via.

Jhumki-Thumki’s track to culminate in Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat

Much to the delight of Rani (Anjali Abrol) Jhumki-Thumki’s track in Star Plus’ <em>Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat</em> will come to an end. The two <em>buas</em> who had forcefully made their way in the <em>mahal</em>, will finally be exposed and thrown out of the mansion by none other than Kunwar Yudhishthir (Kapil Nirmal).

Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat inspired by Jodhaa Akbar

TV producers take inspiration from Bollywood flicks to make their soaps look grand and authentic. The latest show to get inspired by blockbuster flick <em>Jodhaa Akbar</em>, is Star Plus’ <em>Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat</em>. According to the sources, the lead pair of the show Anjali Abrol and Kapil Nirmal shot a sword fighting sequence directly lifted from <em>Jodhaa Akbar</em>.

Guddi Maruti is like a step mom

Guddi Maruti is making a comeback on prime time with<em> Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat</em> on Star Plus. The bubbly actress will be seen in a negative stint as Chandrakala Chachi. Not many know that before this she was busy doing a show on Disney channel called <em>Agadam Bagdam Tigdam</em>. “I play a negative role in the show. The concept of the show is very similar to that of the Cinderella fairy tale and I was waiting since long for such an interesting character,” says Guddi.
