The actress is part of a Bengali film, titled <em>Blind Lane</em>. In fact, the actress has almost completed shooting for this movie, except for a little patch work left which she will finish as soon as she is done shooting for <em>Navya</em>. She will be joining the cast and crew in Calcutta only after 13 February 2012.

After delaying the lead couple’s marriage for quite some time now, it seems the makers of <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/navya-refuse-anants-marriage-proposal-navya>Navya</a> are trying to create more distractions for viewers to forget their wedding for a few more days. Currently, Navya’s sister Renuka’s (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/renuka-confront-navya-0>Shruti Sharma</a>'s) marriage is in trouble and to make matters worse Rama (Snigdha Pandey) is likely to insult her in Mohan’s office.
