Srishti wants to ensure that Jhanak loses to her since she is unhappy with everything that has been going on there. After everything that has happened, she doesn't want to win against her.

When Anirudh sees Jhanak in front of him, he gets happy and asks her to stay with him forever. He tells her that he loves her. Jhanak requests that he take a nap because there are a lot of people waiting for him.

The doctors come to tell them that Anirudh is now alright. He tells Jhanak that he has returned and is now full of hope to fight back thanks to her love.

Anirudh demands that Jhanak make him promise to be there in front of his eyes the moment he returns from surgery. Arshi's pride is hurting because she feels humiliated by Anirudh's behavior towards Jhanak, who isn't even ready to let her be near him.

When Anirudh opens his eyes after his surgery, he wants to see Jhanak, and he asks her to promise him that he knows she is here for him.

Jhanak consents to meet Aniruddha in spite of the family's objections, and Arshi and Shrishti express their dissatisfaction.

Anirudh's health deteriorates when Arshi is around, and she always seems to be unconcerned with him, yelling at him. She asks him "Why is Jhanak here with him?"
