Arshi tells the Bose Family members that she must return to her house and that she is unable to stay there. She can't allow them to constantly humiliate her.

When Anirudh hears that Jhanak has a stomach tumor rather than being pregnant, he decides to go to Mumbai. Despite Arshi's best efforts to convince him, he would risk his marriage to see Jhanak.

Jhanak has had a never-ending string of problems throughout her life, and now she has been diagnosed with a stomach tumor, putting her life in jeopardy once again. She will have Aditya and Anirudh by her side while she undergoes the surgery.

Anirudh appears to be willing to defy his entire family in order to see Jhanak prior to her surgery. The Bose Family will use this against Anirudh, therefore it will be the most important decision of his life.

The Doctor told Aaditya that Jhanak had a tumor in her stomach and that they must operate on it because they must have misunderstood it regarding the pregnancy.

When Anirudh asks to meet Jhanak once before her surgery, it seems that Jhanak is on his way to the hospital. Jhanak and Anirudh have a heart-to-heart conversation as Anirudh criticizes Jhanak's character in the past.

Arshi is informed by Anirudh who tells Arshi that he is helpless to leave Jhanak in such a state. He tells her he must go there because he wants to make sure she's okay.

It appears that Jhanak will discover that her problems are caused by stomach tumors rather than pregnancy. She feels lonely and will be terribly afraid.

Jhanak asks Aditya whether he has called Anirudh, Aditya says that he has, but he is unsure if he will come for her or not. Anirudh gets angry with Arshi and lashes out at her when she tells him that she does not want him to meet Jhanak, with whom he has an illicit relationship.

When Anirudh tells Arshi that they can't go to Dubai together, she gets angry and lashes out at him. She accuses him of blindly backing Jhanak at all times.
