Armaan is not happy with Vidya for not accepting him at all and for ignoring him. He gets upset with her actions and how she treats him. Unfortunately, Armaan's strange attitude towards Abhira and his total focus on his "mother" and her actions stop him from considering Abhira or the struggles she has faced.

According to the current plot, Armaan and Abhira have a difficult time when Vidya curses them for getting married against her wishes. Vidya is heartbroken and devastated because Armaan continues to choose Abhira over her.
