We see that a puja is held in the house on the same day that Imlie begins her internship. However, Shivani wants Imlie to be present and sing the bhajans.

Chini reveals how Imlie was sent to one of the best schools by her family but she wasn’t keen on studying and mocks her English. Everyone else becomes a silent spectator and Imlie too feels embarrassed of Chini’s words.
