It's been several years since the show went off-air but fans still remember this iconic show. As Beyhadh is all set for a re-run on Sony TV soon, fans can't keep calm.
The new show to replace Ustadoon Ka Ustaad is a B.R. Chopra presentation called Sujata. After naming it Saanjh and then Dharampatni, the production house finally settled for Sujata. It’s a woman oriented show which was initially offered to Mansi Joshi Roy but now Indrani Haldar has been chosen to play the lead.
This show also marks the comeback of actress Sheeba. The star cast includes Ravee Gupta, Divya Jagdale and Aman Verma.
After a brief lull, BR.Films is churning out multiple shows. After the launch of their show Pari Hoon Main, they are set to produce a daily for Sony called Dharampatni.
Commenting on this development Managing Director Ravi Chopra says, “We are coming up with Dharampatni that will be aired on Sony. Dharampatni can be best described as the autumn of a woman’s life. Unfortunately, that is all I can reveal now.”
