Neil used to be there in the hospital but he used to not work there. Harshvardhan used to dislike Neil always. Now Neil is all set to begin his journey in Birla Hospital as Akshara is also gone and Neil is needed to handle things out there.

Abhimanyu gets worried seeing the rush at the charitable hospital where Akshara had gone for the interview. He asks her to not do it, but Akshara tells him she wants to and asks him to support her. Later, Abhimanyu gets upset seeing what looks like her offer letter and throws it away.

Abhimanyu tells them that Akshara has an interview with a charitable organization. Harshvardhan tells her that initially, she can only get work at these places with her qualification, to which Akshara tells him that to work at a charitable organization she doesn't need qualifications but a passion.

They can sense that it will happen and that's what they are waiting for. In my previously played characters, they focused more on how negative the character is but here they focus on potentially positive he can be. Somewhere, I feel good that the performance is working in a different way. The writers write it very justified from the character's point of view, every character has varied shades of grey.

During their meeting, Harshvardhan, Mahima, and Aanand decide that the music department in the hospital would be shut down. Abhimanyu tells Harshvardhan that he won't let him control Akshara's dreams and ambitions just like he controlled his mother's. They get into an argument and Akshara tells them her decision.
