Indian television is evolving. There was a time when viewers wanted to see demure traditional heroines on TV sans Westernisation. However it seems that the trend has changed now and viewers like to see female protagonists having an East-West blend. <em>Ghar Aaja Pardesi </em> (Sai Baba Telefilms) on Sahara One aims at merging the two poles of Westernisation and traditional Indianisation.

Yesterday (15 June 2012) we wrote about Shweta Salve- Harmeet Sethi, Rahul Mahajan- Dimpy Mahajan and Vinod Kamble -Andrea being a part of Sai Baba Telefilms’ upcoming show on ETV Marathi, Sangeet Khurchi- Season 2. Here we are back with some more names of the jodis who are a part of the show. As per a reliable source, the other contestants include Manoj-Sarita Joshi, Abhijeet Pohankar and wife, Sayaji - Alka Shinde, Nandish Naman- Bhagyashree Naman, Kamlakar Satpute with his better half, Swaroop Bhalwankar and wife, and Gouri Karnik with her husband.

Shweta Salve, who recently got married to her fiancée Harmeet Sethi, will be back on the small screen space soon. Well...we can see her fans smiling with joy. Here’s more dope on the development. Shweta will feature in a Marathi game show called <em>Sangeet Khurchi </em>. But this time she is not all alone and she will be seen spreading magic with her beau, Harmeet. The couple will compete against nine other celebrity couples on this show.
