<p>But after having the cupcake, Pihu falls sick and Priya comes rushing. Later, Pihu reveals to Priya that a green-eyed man had gifted her a cupcake. This makes Priya doubtful and she becomes nervous thinking that maybe Pihu has met Ram.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Priya is deeply hurt and is saddened that she will have to live a life without Ram. She feels helpless and she cannot afford to risk Ishaan’s future so she is ready to face the separation with Ram.</p>

Meera Maa regrets her decision of lying as this is responsible for Ram and Priya's separation. She also feels bad for hurting Ram and cries imagining Priya's misery.

Nakuul Mehta made his debut with the role of Aditya Kumar, in the show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara that aired on Star Plus.

According to reports, the actor is hospitalized. He was not keeping well and even had to undergo a minor surgery. He is reportedly taking rest after this ordeal and has pressed pause on the shooting for the serial.
