Previously, it was observed that Rajat would attempt to distract the court by disclosing that he was with Aashika on the day of the accident. However, Jaggu Mama is aware of the truth and is not prepared to accept this story.

Although it appeared that Rajat was not assisting Aashika, he is actually attempting to save his son because he knows that Kiaan was the one operating the vehicle.

Aashika was previously observed to attempt to play the victim card in front of the judge by stating that she is a single mother and that Savi, her ex-husband's wife, is attempting to incite personal animosity toward her because of this.

It was previously observed that Rajat and Aashika would be under stress because Savi had sued Aashika for her mother Ishaa's accident.

Prior to Savi learning that Aashika was responsible for Ishaa's injury, it was evident that Rajat was shielding Aashika. Rajat and Aashika, however, have concealed the fact that Kiaan was the driver on the day of the collision.
