Shabbir has turned producer and started his own production house called Flying Turtles which is currently producing the drama Ganga ki Dheej on Sahara One.

None other than Shabbir Ahluwalia who has done Shootout At Lokhandwala and Mission Istanbul with the hero. Both the films were directed by Apoorva Lakhia.

Juhi Chawla and Shabbir Ahluwalia were to host the Contiloe Films show Rock N Roll Soniye. However, this didn’t happen and later the show’s title was changed to Aaaja Mahi Vay. And the show was finally hosted by Vineet and Rahul Vaidya.
