She comes and gives a warm hug to Akshara, they spend time together and she assures her that from now on, she will become the mother figure in Akshara's life and blesses her that Abhimanyu and Akshu shall soon unite and marry everyone's happiness. Manjari reveals that she is the valentine's gift that Abhimanyu had planned for her.

Abhimanyu apologises for reading Naira's diary and tells Akshu that he wanted to make the day more special for her and roses or chocolates are too mainstream when he knew that all she wanted was mother's love so he decided to recreate Naira's wish in reality for her. Akshara thanks him for the best surprise on Valentine's day.

Abhimanyu is all set with the Valentine's Day surprise party for Akshara. Meanwhile, she is unaware of the fact, it will be a dream come true for her.

Anisha decides to leave. Neil and Paarth try to stop her but she doesn't. Just then Anand and Mahima come there and ask her to leave because they are ashamed of her. Manjari and Harshvardhan try to convince Mahima and Anand but in vain.

Abhimanyu gives Anisha a doll that they recall was Anisha's and Abhimanyu had fixed it for her. He tells her that he wants the fees of his first surgery which he performed on her doll and asks her to stay. Anisha agrees and he then takes her inside.

Manish asks them why did they call him. Aarohi and Akshara then realise Abhimanyu are not there and Aarohi tells Manish that he has pain in his arms and he has not even informed them. Akshara too tells him that they were discussing that. Abhimanyu realises that Manish is very stressed but is confident that together Akshara and Aarohi will take care of him.

Akshara decides to text Abhi, while his standing on the ladder at her window. He gives medicines for Manish and begins to leave. That's when Akshu thinks she must have stopped him.

Kairav and the Goenkas return home after the massive drama. Abhimanyu notices pain in Manish's arm due to stress but doesn't get a chance to react at that moment. After they leave Anisha confesses her feelings for Kairav while Anand feels ashamed of her and tells that he wouldn't want to be called as a runaway girl's father.

Harshvardhan and Manish get into an argument because of Anisha, while Abhimanyu, Akshara and Kairav finally reach Birlas place. Manish's revelation makes Mahima doubt whether it is Abhimanyu and Akshara's plan but Aarohi and Vansh ask to keep Akshara away from all this. Anisha is still quite what will happen when Kairav will also confess?

Birlas are left in shock when Manish reveals that Anisha came to their place claiming that she loves Kairav and they have been in a relationship. When they came to know that she is Birla's daughter they decided to bring her back home and then ask them the reason behind hiding the truth about Anisha for so long.
