Akshara and Abhimanyu are now married and their life is changing at a fast rate. Akshara and Abhimanyu want their married life to go perfectly but the major drama unfolds on the very first day. Harsh and Abhimanyu's face-off shocks Akshara.

Akshara questions Abhimanyu as to why he fought with Harsh. Akshara takes a stand and tells Harsh to shut down the department if he wishes to.

Harsh angrily pulls Akshara in between that she too will make noise in front of him seeing Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu has to leave for an emergency. Akshara is shocked that he will go away leaving her all alone there.

Abhimanyu and Akshara's love becomes evident with the Sindoor ritual and the duo go ahead with the saptapadi ritual where Abhi's promises are all about Akshara and Akshara's promises are all about him and their families.

Mahima gets a message from the conference as an invite but they are upset as the invite is not for them but Akshara and Abhimanyu. Anand exclaims but Akshara is not even a doctor, this is all Abhimanyu's planning to give recognition to Akshara.

Aarohi is asked to do the Nazar rasam with Abhi, instead of nek she asks for forgiveness from Abhimanyu. Abhi agrees to forgive her for everything as this is their big day. Akshara is seeing all the rituals from her room, she hides when Abhi is searching for her.
