<p>Yatho gives another chance to Akansha as she suffers with chronic disease and forgets Sakshi and this leaves Holkar suspicious of Akansha who is pretending to be ill to enter into Manav’s life</p>

<p>Neeharika makes Vaibhav realise his mistakes and hands over the 100-crore property, but guilt-stricken Vaibhav refuses to take the property and expresses his love for his wife and also exposes Akansha’s truth to everyone</p>

<p>Akansha fakes chronic disease with the doctor to enter Manav’s life and gains sympathy from everyone while on the other hand, saves Manav from being arrested by giving a statement in his favour</p>

<p>Vaibhav however doesn’t stop here and tries to kill Niharika. However, Niharika catches him red-handed and slaps him. Further, Niharika calls the police to complain against him and shows them a recording of his vicious act.</p>

<p>Akansha meets road accident with Manav’s car wherein the latter admits her to the hospital where the doctor confirms that she is going to live a short life as she suffers with a chronic disease</p>

<p>Vaibhav gets Manav arrested after Akanksha meets with an accident, however, the police threatens Manav to punish him crucially, but the story takes a U-turn when Akanksha gives a statement in favour of Manav that leaves everyone surprised and Yatho breaks in tears</p>

<p>Akanksha breaks down in tears as doctor informs about her chronic disease that leaves everyone shocked wherein Yatho too gets disheartened to learn about Akanksha’s condition</p>

<p>As Akanksha gains consciousness, she pretends to have lost her memories and now, she is back to two years ago and is still living with Manav. With this, Manav and Sakshi’s marriage falls into trouble again.</p>

<p>Akanksha is halfway successful as Manav does sympathize with her and takes her to the hospital for humanity’s sake. He further brings her home to care for her.</p>

<p>Akanksha creates troubles in Manav and Sakshi’s relation and tries to reunite with Manav wherein Mr. Holkar who wants Manav to get married to his daughter Neeharika plans to misuse Akanksha’s dirty tricks to separate Manav and Sakshi</p>
