In their endeavour for a social cause, Balki has joined hands with Shah Rukh Khan. The director recently shot a short film with the actor. It is said that the <em>Pa</em> director met SRK in Mumbai some time ago and discussed the subject. The script being very sensitive, he wanted the <em>Ra.One</em> actor to be the face of the project. This was followed by a string of meetings, which were kept under wraps to avoid unnecessary speculation till such time the director managed to convince the actor.
