A report in the popular news portal suggests that Aryan has brought two stories to the posh South Delhi locality of Panchsheel Park. For this space, he paid an amount of Rs. 37 crores. It's interesting to note that his mother Gauri Khan lived in this same building before her marriage with Shah Rukh Khan.
