The seventh annual South Asian Film Festival (SAFF) to be held in Goa from 25 to 28 October will felicitate yesteryear actor Randhir Kapoor. The festival, that will showcase over 40 films from South Asian countries, will be inaugurated by Member of Parliament and SAFF's steering committee member Tariq Anwar.
