Leela tells everyone that Anupama deserves their warm welcome because she has overcome many obstacles and is finally safe. Anupama agrees to the doctor's advice that she can't do any type of work that will stress her out, but Aadhya promises to take care of her.

Anupama seemed to have conquered death following her terrible attack and returned home to her family. She will not stop until she has resolved a few issues in her life. She will go to meet Megha and Viren as she will want to make her point across.

Anupama returns home, where she is again troubled by Shah Parivar's issues. Anupama resolves to take back the problem with the Shah clan, while Anuj and Aadhya decide to take over Anupama's incomplete work.

Anuj pleads with her to come for him and gets happy when the doctor tells Anuj that Anupama is still alive. Pakhi gets angry when Kinjal and other people praise his love for Anupama and suggest that they should have a similar level of love as Anuj and Anupama.

Anupama will fight death and return victorious. She goes to Asha Bhavan with Aadhya and Anuj, and she feels sad when she sees her food stand. Indira will say that although she tried to run the food stall while she was away, the magic in Anupama's hand could not be replaced.

Vanraj abruptly vanished and hasn't been in communication with the rest of the family, leaving them confused. Vanraj is not responding to Toshu's and Pakhi's efforts to reach him

Anupama requests Anuj to move on and show courage for Aadhya. She tells him that he must give their daughter everything, and he asks her to stay. Anuj tells Anupama that he cannot survive without her and that their union is necessary for Aadhya's marriage.

Anupama seems to have been saved and has been reunited with her family. After their reunion, Anuj and Choti feel happy and wish to spend the rest of their lives together. Anupama is greeted with warmth when she reaches home and is told to relax rather than work.

Anuj's prayers seemed to have been heard at last. Anupama responds and she is still alive. Everyone's life is brightened with new hope and happiness as a result of this fantastic news.

When Toshu calls Vanraj, he refuses to give Toshu any information about his whereabouts, making him sound extremely weird and strange. Vanraj's safety will be deemed essential for Toshu and Pakhi, as they believe him to be in danger.
