Katha asks Viaan about lying to Batman aka Aarav about working late when he actually left work early.

Viaan is getting obsessed with the idea of being a good father as he wants to impress Katha with his skills. He tries to dig more into the concept of fatherhood as he is unable to understand the connection.

Viaan is in a confused state of mind as he is disturbed by his past. He recalls the time he spent with his father and his last words before he left his family for the woman he loved.

Viaan has lost his entire childhood as his father Viraj left him and his mother and chose to live with the other woman, Seema Dutta. Katha tries to make Viaan see everything clearly and thus, he finally break down before Ehsan.

Viaan is depressed as he needs to find out about Seema Dutta. He tries to contact many people but fails to get any information. On the other side, seeing Viaan upset, Kathaa reminds him about Aarav's cancer story, where she thought that she was at the dead end.

Teji asks Viaan about the mess that he has made at home. Viaan replies by saying that he was looking for something.

Katha makes Viaan realize his biased attitude towards Nikhil after knowing that he is a son from his father’s second marriage. Therefore, he decides to face the fear of his past by meeting Seema Dutta.

Katha asks Viaan if he is alright. She informs him that he treated Nikhil indifferently. Katha confronts Viaan and asks whether he wants to move on from his past or stay that way forever.

Viaan is learning lessons on how to become a good father. He wants to get closer to Katha and make his place in her heart by bonding well with her son, Aarav. Although he is trying his best to overcome his horrible past with his father Viraj, Seema Dutta enters his life.

Viaan opens up to Katha and tells her that he wants to leave his past behind and move on from his father's traumatic memories.
