We had earlier reported about Deeya and Tony Singh’s new show Visarjan on Colors. Now we have news that, actors Jaya Bhattacharya (best known as Payal from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi) and Lalit Parimoo have been roped in to play key parts in the show. They will portray the characters of the lead girl’s parents. Meanwhile, the hunt for the lead faces is still on.
The show earlier titled, Badi Malkin, was meant for Zee TV but since the channel was tight-fisted, the show went to Colors and it is all set to go on air in January 2010.

Tellychakkar had earlier reported that Deeya and Tony Singh were making a show called Badi Malkin for Colors. The latest we have heard on this is that the show is renamed as Visarjan and will go on air from January 11.
The show was earlier meant for Zee TV but since it wasn’t willing to make any big investments in it, it was taken to Colors. Colors have made major changes in the script and the shooting will start early next month.
