Yash Chopra's dream song for Jab Tak Hain Jaan to go into the end titles

The romantic magician Yash Chopra’s dream won’t go to waste. The title song of Jab Tak Hai Jaan which was to be shot by the pasha of romance in Switzerland, would now be used in the end-titles of Yash<em>ji</em>’s swan song. The decision was taken at a flash-meeting held at the Yashraj studios last week immediately after Yashji’s <em>chautha </em> where Aditya Chopra met up with the film’s lyricist Gulzar.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan may not release in Pakistan

If sources are to be believed, Yash Chopra’s last directorial venture Jab Tak Hai Jaan will not see a release in Pakistan. Informed a source that the reason for this ban is Shah Rukh Khan playing an Indian army officer named Samar. The film also has sensitive scenes featuring a Kashmir operation by the Indian army. For some time now, the trailer of the film has stopped airing on several Pakistani news and entertainment channels. However, it has been reported that the film has been presented to the Pakistan Censor Board.

Pending romantic song for Yash Chopra's Jab Tak Hain Jaan dropped

Yash Chopra’s swan song for Jab Tak Hai Jaan won’t be shot at all. The soft love-infused number which the eternal romantic was to capture in his favourite Alpine environment of Switzerland was postponed after Yash Chopra fell ill. The official announcement at the time of the postponement was that the song which was scheduled to be shot in Switrzerland in the last week of October would be shot “later”. But now one hears the number won’t be shot at all.

Rani Mukherjee super worried for Yash Chopra

Rani Mukherjee’s joy at her performance in her new film Aiyyaa being so well-received was cut short when Yash Chopra was admitted into hospital on Saturday for an attack of dengue fever. According to a friend of Rani she was worried sick to see the doyen unwell. Says the friend, “Rani cancelled all media events and visits to theatres monitoring audiences’ reaction to <em>Aiyyaa</em>. She spent most of Saturday and Sunday in Lilavati hospital by Mrs Pam Chopra , Aditya and Uday Chopra’s side.”

Yash Chopra revisits Silsila days with SRK, Katrina, Anushka-starrer

Going back to the 80s when he shot Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Rekha starrer Silsila in Gulmarg and Pahalgam, Yash Chopra has again visited the scenic locales after 30 years for the Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma-starrer, yet untitled. With the shoot there, the renowned director is reminiscing the experience that Big B and Rekha had while shooting for the triangular love story with the cast today.

Bollywood's favourite doctor on alert in Ladakh for YRF project

Shooting in Ladakh is not easy. Crew members of J P.Dutta’s LOC and Farhan Akhtar’s Lakshya fell ill complaining of breathlessness and suffocation caused by the vertiginous altitude on which the Ladakh region is located. During LOC two members of the crew actually lost their lives in Ladakh.
