Madiha Maliha is an epic tale of two sisters Madiha and Maliha, searching for love in the same man.

Madiha is simple and committed to her values, while Maliha the younger one is outgoing and spoilt. Maliha falls in love with Shahriyaar, but Shahriyaar falls for Madiha and the two get married. Maliha never really recovers from this setback and after a failed marriage with Humaayun and the death of her mother, Maliha starts living with Madiha, a step which threatens to jeopardize Madiha's marriage.
