Zee TV had called for entries for its reality dance show <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/marzi-pestonji-co-judge-zee-tvs-did-super-moms-farah-khan-jay-bhanushali-host>Dance India Dance</a> in 15 cities across the country. The channel is searching for the best dancing mother in the country – ‘<em>India Ke Best dancer mummy Ki Khoj</em>’ for its new variant. The show is produced by UTV Software Communications for the channel.

Zee TV’s Dance India Dance franchise has managed to entertain viewers in all its varied seasons (both the adult and children versions). And their upcoming venture will be all unique and full of “mature” masala. As per a reliable source, Esselvision Productions (<em>Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2012, India’s Best Dramebaaz</em>) will be stepping in to create something new for <em>DID</em>. Well this new concept is about making all the beautiful moms to shake a leg or two. Thus, this time <em>DID</em> will be all about mothers.

After coming back from New York, danseuse Shakti Mohan is looking sizzling these days. She has a stunning look with her new hair cut which is suiting her wonderfully. <em>Tellychakkar.com</em> corners this sweet lady for a freewheeling chat. Excerpts:

Kunwar Amar is an awesome dancer and of course, his acting skills are being appreciated by all in Channel V’s <em>Dil Dostii Dance </em>(Cinevistaas). But there is so much more to this young lad. Many are not aware of the fact that prior to entering the world of entertainment Kunwar was a teacher. Shared Kunwar, “Well, I was a dance teacher in Madhya Pradesh. I used to teach Western dance in a school where other teachers focused on traditional forms of dance. I cannot forget the love and adulation that I got from the students with whom I was attached to. That was priceless.”

A couple of days ago, Tellychakkar.com wrote about couple Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali opting career over parenthood. Now, we have learnt something more about Jay. Well…the handsome lad, who earned fame as the host of Zee TV’s <em>Dance India Dance</em>, has apparently taken to the “pricey” route. Jay is also playing the lead in Colors’ show <em>Kairi</em> and our sources from the sets have informed us that he has been troubling the production house (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd) by throwing starry tantrums. Whoa…starry tantrums and all…haan!!!

The entire nation witnessed when handsome and hardworking Salman Yusuff Khan was declared the winner of Dance India Dance season one (Zee TV). Thereafter, Salman rose to fame as an emerging and hardworking choreographer. Eventually, due to his capability and innovative mind, he was once again brought on the board of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as one of the choreographers. And as history repeats, his partner (Isha Sarvani) is once again on top of the list.

What really ails the telly actors? With the change of season, they all are falling ill one after another like a deck of cards. We have already reported about Rashmi Desai, Kavita Kaushik, Karanvir Bohra, and Tapasvi Mehta feeling under the weather. The latest we have learned is that Saumya Tandon is also recovering from stomach illness. Saumya wowed everyone with her anchoring skills in <em>Dance India Dance</em> and <em>Bournvita Quiz Contest</em> (BQC). She went on to tweet few days back, “It’s a crazy weather, beware of eating out. I ate mushroom’s yesterday, got a bad allergy.”

Khushbu Purohit rose to fame via Zee TV’s show Dance India Dance season one. Later on she spread her wings to bag a role in Ravi Ojha Productions’ <em>Sasural Genda Phool</em> (Star Plus). Now, this beautiful girl will be seen in Sahara One’s <em>Haunted Nights</em> (produced by Vikram Bhatt). Khushbu will be seen as Vidhuti, a classical dancer. She will be summoned to dance in a palace, wherein will reside an evil spirit. The spirit will also be a dancer and will not allow Vidhuti to perform. Moreover, Vidhuti will also get attacked by the spirit.

When Kunwar Amarjeet Singh dances, everyone watches in absolute awe. And yes, this master of moves is currently stabbing hearts with his mind boggling performance as Rey in Channel V’s Dil Dostii Dance (Channel V) produced by Cinevistaas. And these days he is riding high on cloud nine. Why? Well…he has all the reason to rejoice as he is now the proud owner of a snow white Skoda Laura.
