Dill Mill Gayye a youth oriented show will now add a desi flavour to it. Romanchak Arora (<em>Shubh Kadam</em>, Sahara One) will enter the show as Tamanna's (Moulshree Sachdeva) suitor, selected by her parents. Arora confirms the news of his entry and says, "I will play Aniket Joshi, an intelligent guy, a Hindi professor in the US and speaks chaste Hindi."

TellyChakkar had earlier reported that Cinevistaas’ <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/sparsh-enters-dill-mill-gayye>Dill Mill Gayye</a></em> will soon introduce a new track to the show, wherein, they will show new interns in the hospital. And now we hear that <em>Remix</em> guy Karan Wahi and Neha Jhulka of film <em>Kaise Kahein</eM> fame will essay the role of juniors in the show.

Uttaran kid Sparsh aka Ichcha’s days are over on the show. After receiving accolades for her portrayal as Ichcha the little girl has now signed on a new show. Sparsh now makes an entry in Star One’s <em>Dill Mill Gayye</em>. She is not only having a good time with <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/karan-singh/will-karan-singh-leave-dmg>Karan Singh Grover</a> aka Armaan but is also playing pranks on the sets.

The blue eyed boy of <em>Dill Mill Gayye</em>, Dr. Rahul (Mayank Anand) is making his way out of the show. The news has it that he was getting too demanding on the sets and the production house was unable to cope with his demands. Hence the production house and Mayank have mutually decided to part ways.

“When the going gets tough the tough gets going”, this popular adage has been adopted by the interns at Sanjivani hospital. Yet another challenge poses itself in the life of the interns in <em>Dill Mill Gayye </em>. Leaving no stones unturned to save Sanjivani from the financial crunch, the interns have placed all their hopes on one last resort; ‘The Save Sanjeevani Concert’. Through this concert, the interns intend to raise money so as to pay off the accrued debt of twenty four lakhs through ticket sales.

Ridhima is soon doing a cameo in <em> Dill Mill Gayye </em> . After introducing Shaleen Bhanot in a cameo, the show has now roped in Ridhima who plays the role of Mahek in <em> Annu Ki Ho Gayee Wah Bhai Wah</em>. Ridhima is going to play Dr. Paromeeta, a childhood friend of Shubhankar. Kirti and Shubhankar are in love with each other. The closeness of Shubhankar and Paromeeta makes Kirti jealous. Ayaz Khan and Soniya play the characters of Shubhankar and Kirti respectively.

Not long ago, Muskaan Mehani was reported to be unhappy with her character in <em> Dill Mill Gayye</em> and she even contemplated quitting the show. However, she then claimed to be misquoted. No wonder that episode irked her producer. Since then Muskaan has been choosing her words carefully. So, was that report false? She chides, "I did speak to that particular scribe but never did I tell that I wanted to quit the show. It's a matter of the past and I don't want to talk on it anymore."
