The soap that started off well with its unique concept eventually turned its storyline akin to the Anil Kapoor, Sri Devi and Urmila Matondkar-starrer <em>Judaai</em>. Much was said and written about it.

A multi- starrer show on NDTV Imagine is soon to redefine the way we view the small screen. SOL Entertainment and Imagine is coming up with a unique event based show called<em> Kuch Kuch Hota Hai</em>, which will present the big names of television. Rucha Gujrati, Manav Viji, Panchi Bora, Jay Bhanushali, Pulkit Samrat and Mouni Roy are the stars who will feature in the show. The story of the show revolves around young love.

Archana Puran Singh who was last seen as a judge on Sony’s Comedy Circus is going to make an episodic appearance in Bindass’ comedy serial <em> Sunn Yaar Chill Maar </em>. Archana is going to play the famous Miss Braganza (from<em> Kuch Kuch Hota Hai</em>) on the show. The show is about five friends Tarun Pahuja, Om Prakash, Manish Goyal, Diya Banerjee and Radhika Khanna who go to the same college.

After bagging a negative role in Zee’s<em> Teen Bahuraniyaan</em> Simple Kaul is happy to get positive on Sony’s <em>Salaam Zindgi</em> . The raw and sizzling actress feels her character is the same as of Rani Mukherjee in<em> Kuch Kuch Hota Hai</em>. Simple is playing a parallel lead with Pariva Pranati (Manya). “I essay the role of Rupa Kashyup who is the parallel lead to Manya (Pariva Pranati) in the show. There is a love triangle between me Akash (Abhay Vakil) and Manya,” says Simple.
