Manav Vij, best known as Joydeep of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi lost his mother recently in Punjab. Apparently, she was not keeping well for the past few weeks. While Manav was not in a condition to talk, his brother-in-law, Piyush Sachdev (Piyush’s sister is married to Manav) said, “Yes, Vaishali lost her mother- in-law three days ago. She had some age-related health issues. Both Vaishali and Manav were in Punjab and have just returned, but I do not know when they will resume shooting.”

Actor Manav Vij is all set to wed his sweetheart of one year Vaishali Sachdeva. The actress plays the character of Meher, Heer’s (Additi Gupta) sister in <em>Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil</em>. Incidentally, Manav calls his lady love by her screen name. “I love her screen name Meher. Meher in Punjabi means blessings and she indeed has come as a blessing to me,” Manav gushes. The couple is tying the knot on 5 July and the wedding will take place in the Iskcon temple in Juhu as Vaishali is a staunch follower of Hare Rama Hare Krishna.
