This week history was created when Bigg Boss expelled a contestant for the first time. The one to suffer this ignominy is Kamal Rashid Khan who calls himself KRK.
The Deshdrohi producer, actor will go down in the annals of Bigg Boss as the most volatile inmate. Foul language, rude behaviour and a violent temper had become synonymous to just one member in the house – Kamal Rashid Khan. Not even a jail sentence was enough to stop Khan from his demeaning ways.
Well, that was KRK, the obnoxious weed of Bigg Boss. Surprisingly, the man seems to be talking in a complete different vein after getting out of the house. One expected Khan to spew venom against his fellow inmates. However, the hedonistic Khan held Bigg Boss higher than him and shrugged off his in-house antics as mere entertainment.
Get to know the real Mr.KRK in this exclusive.
A man who had vowed to leave on his terms gets thrown out of the house. How disappointed are you to go out like this?
Frankly speaking, I’m not disappointed. I had said that I’ll last for only 21 days and so I’m very much leaving as per my terms. I’ll only say that I’ve saved Sherlyn from a certain eviction. So, I kept to my promise.
What went through your mind when you were asked to leave the house?
Nothing. I was merely following Bigg Boss’ order.
After all that happened was it easy to face up to Amitabh Bachchan?
Yes, it was. Mr.Bachchan just asked me the reason for my behaviour and I answered each question with aplomb.
Do you feel it was a plot hatched by other members of the house to eliminate you?
Yes, they did so because they feared that I would win. So, they had to get rid of the biggest threat.
It was clearly evident that you were the most unpopular inmate. Given that, don’t you think you only played into their trap by losing your cool? Shouldn’t you have maintained restraint?
No, there was no need for it. I only reacted to the situations. I may be out, but you’ll find lot more KRKs in the house.
Are you surprised that no action was taken against Raju Srivastav as it was he who raised his hand on you?
That’s true. Raju breached the house rule which clearly states that at no stage can you raise your hand on someone. Though I used foul language I never raised my hand as I was aware of the rules. Going by that yardstick, it’s Raju who should have been evicted or jailed. However, Bigg Boss ignored this fact. May, be Bigg Boss was left helpless.
Was it wrong on Bigg Boss’ part to let others decide the evictee during the Diwali special episode? As it turned out no one got eliminated that day but it must have hurt you that all 11 contestants voted against you.
I won’t say that because I wasn’t surprised with the result However, I was a tad disappointed that even Vindu and Ismailji voted against me. Perhaps, they considered me their biggest threat.
Why don’t you like Rohit?
That’s because he’s bitched about me from the beginning. After getting out of the house, I’ve seen the footage and realised that how much more he bitched about me. I have no regret at throwing the bottle at him. If I were still in the house then I would have taught Rohit a harsh lesson.
Did Kamal Khan make any friends in Bigg Boss?
Yes, Vindu and Ismail are my good friends. They are nice people.
Does Kamal Khan’s love last for only two days? Were you really smitten by Claudia or was it just a move to get good ratings?
(Laughs) I fasted two days for her. That was my way of expressing my love. However, I was never going to die for Claudia. She’s a nice girl. The guy who marries her will be a very lucky man.
How was it spending time with Bakhtyar in the jail?
Oh, we had a great time. We spoke at length and had a hearty laugh too. It was only once that we were at logger heads otherwise I seldom had any issues with Bakhtyar.
You shot to fame with Deshdrohi where you emerged hero for the north Indians. However, don’t you think using words like ‘My milk comes from Holland and water from France’ almost projected you like an anti-national?
I never said that I get my stuff from abroad, but that I use these imported products. You go to any upscale departmental stores and you’re bound to find these imported goods.
From the way you conducted yourself, it’s apparent that you come across as a self obsessed person? Do you agree?
I’ve never been bothered with what others have to say about me. For me the show is bigger than any individual. I’ll be pleased if my producers feel that I’ve contributed to the show’s success.
