To be launched in January, the digital platform will dole out concepts touted to be real, bold, and super exciting.
The producer has already roped in big names like Ram Kapoor, Sakshi Tanwar, Nimrit Kaur, Maninee Mishra, Suchitra Pillai, Rajkummar Rao among more, for different projects.
Now, here we have a pretty enticing news about a new show that Ekta is planning.
The creative honcho has shared a picture with Mouni Roy, who is playing the lead in Ekta’s Naagin 2 (post Naagin).
The lovely picture with Mouni states, “Someone is about to take a leaaaaap!!!!! #webseries #mehrunisaa.”
The post clearly hints at Ekta making a web series on the Mughal Queen Mehrunisaa. And seems like Mouni will play the titular role.
Our source shared with us, “Yes, talks are on but nothing has been confirmed till now. Ekta wants to do a show with Mouni and they recently met to discuss the same. Hopefully things would work out, for Ekta and Mouni truly make for a successful association.”
