MUMBAI: While he has a number of superhit shows to his credit, he has made a comeback in a lead role as Gautam in Star Plus’ Pandya Store and the show is a visual delight! In conversation with Kinshuk, we spoke to him about his experience shooting for the show.

Kinshuk shared, “Well, it is like a party on the sets of the show! The team is so nice and I feel like I am going to celebrate something as I get ready to shoot. I bond very well with everyone on the sets of the show. Shiny (Doshi) is wonderful as a co-actor, infact one of the brilliant actors I have worked with so far. I really enjoy shooting with her. There is no ego on the sets and I really enjoy shooting with her.”

Speaking about how well he relates himself to the show and does he have qualities like Gautam, Kinshuk averred, “When this character was briefed to me, I was told that Gautam is the Ram of the show. Gautam is like Kinshuk only. There is no difference as such. In real life, I have a younger sister also and I give practical advise. In the show also, Gautam gives very practical advice. There will be a point in the show between Gautam and Dhara also where the family will think otherwise, and Gautam will put forth his point which will not match the views of others.”

When asked as to what made Kinshuk give a nod to the show, he expressed, “The show is already a hit in other languages, the production house Sphere Origins which was very nice, I had no reason to say no to it.”
