It was TellyChakkar.com that broke the news about the show taking a seven year leap. We also informed our viewers about Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 going off-air from Sony TV and will stream exclusively on Sony LIV app.
Well, the news of the show being digitised garnered negative response from the fans.
The fans were evidently upset with the decision of digitalising the show.
Many fans believed that the show had the potential to be telecast on-air. The show enjoys a massive fan-following and is viewed even by citizens out of India. The audience from Bangladesh is quite upset as apparently, they can’t access Sony LIV app and hence won’t be able to catch up with the show.
Recently, the fans revolted against the decision and expressed their disappointment on Twitter as they trended #WeWantEDKV2OnTV.
