MUMBAI : Mohsin Khan's journey in the television industry has been quite an amazing one. The actor is an engineering student and later stepped into the entertainment industry.

Mohsin has so far starred in shows like love By Chance, Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, and Dream Girl, among others. However, the turning point in his career was with Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. 

The actor is playing the lead role in the show as Kartik Goenka and is winning accolades for his stellar performance.

Mohsin has made short films, worked as an assistant director, trained in dancing, and then stepped into acting. 

The actor says that he never thought of doing television after having pursuing so many things before. 

Mohsin reveals that it was a bit difficult for him to convince his family about acting. However, his family was never explicitly against it. 

The handsome star reveals that he first showed some short films to his parents, especially his dad, who really loved them. He thought Mohsin did an amazing job. 

That's how Mohsin got his motivation to step ahead towards his dream. Mohsin started giving auditions and modeled while he was in college. 

Eventually, things started falling into place, and the rest is history!
