I was on cloud nine after winning the Best Anchor at the Tellys: Manish Paul

It was indeed a tough call to decide the Best Anchor at The Twelfth Indian Telly Awards. And why not? Some of the best talent was nominated for the category. But beating all, the master of hosting, Manish Paul walked away with the trophy for his superb antics in Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 5. The year 2012 belonged to him when it came to anchoring. Be it a reality show or an awards function, he was there tickling and entertaining the masses. If anyone deserved the award, it was he. In a candid chat with Tellychakkar.com, Manish shared, “It feels great. It was a very tough competition. Getting nominated with actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan, I never expected I will win. But when I came to know that I was ahead by 30 percent votes, I was on cloud nine.” He continued, “Jhalak changed my life. Thank you everyone for liking and voting for me,” he ended.
