MUMBAI : TellyChakkar is back with an interesting update from the world of television.

We recently reported about Saumya Tandon’s personal hair-dresser from Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai having contracted covid-2019. She has been quarantined. Sources say that the actress has also been advised not to shoot for a few days and quarantine at home

Now, we have received yet another update from the sets of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai.

According to our sources, Saumya has decided to quit the show. She apparently had a discussion with the producers and looks like things are not working out. Hence, Saumya might soon leave the show.

It is speculated that Saumya was not in favour of the pay cuts. A source said, “She is also scared to shoot in such an intense and dangerous situation because of corona virus as she has a small baby at home."

A little birdie has informed us that the makers have started looking out for Saumya’s replacement, and auditions and the look test for the character of Anita have begun in full swing.

We buzzed Saumya but didn’t receive any response until the time of filing this piece.
