Shruti Seth to play mother in Disney's The Suite Life of Karan and Kabir

Actress Shruti Seth is known for her bubbly and charming persona. She has been seen in various characters till date. And now she is all set to play a mother onscreen. Shruti’s newest show, The suite life of Karan and Kabir will be aired on Disney Channel. Currently, she is seen hosting Comedy Circus on Sony Entertainment Television. Tellychakkar.com spoke to Shruti about this and she is extremely happy to be part of this show. “It is a show that will be loved by the kids and the time slot is obviously quite appealing,” beams the actress. She will play mother to two kids, Karan and Kabir. It is a remake of The suite life of Zack and Cody an American sitcom. Though the show will have the same fun element as the original, “there is one minor alteration,” reveals Shruti. Incidentally, she will play assistant manager in this series, while in the original this character was shown as a singer. The shooting for this show was completed in December 2011. This series will go on air from 8 April 2012 and will be aired at 10.30 am.
